The key to success is to work smarter, not harder. Aim to spend less time on mundane tasks and allocate your energy on completing more influential projects. By smartly budgeting your time with these productivity hacks, even workaholics can find a few spare minutes to relax.

7. Take a Break. Don’t be afraid to say no. Weigh the benefits of your decision. If time is spent better elsewhere, move on. Take breaks every ten to fifteen minutes to get a mental boost. Instead of breaking at the completion of a project, take a breather mid-task. This makes it easier to jump back into things while you are on a roll.
